Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

Shipping Charges:

  • Domestic shipments – Domestic shipping charges depend on the greater of the actual weight or volumetric dimensions of the parcel.
  • International shipments – International shipping charges depend on the greater of the actual weight or volumetric dimensions of the parcel.


 

Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift), you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) serves as proof of delivery.

 

The delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not account for possible delays due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, except during sale periods, when it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or factors such as transportation strikes or delivery service disruptions for any reason. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

 

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to us. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • Domestic orders from the Ready to Ship section should take about 10-15 days for delivery from the date of purchase.
  • International orders from the Ready to Ship section should take about 20 days for delivery from the date of purchase.
